Refund policy

Return and Exchanges

We at PAYET hope you love your beautiful, handmade garment. However, if you are unhappy, you are welcome to return your purchase for a size exchange (if in stock) or a credit note. Please be mindful when choosing your keepsake PAYET piece, as we do not offer refunds. A refund is only provided when an item is deemed faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced.

We are happy to exchange your PAYET garment or provide store credit for the following reasons:

Sizing: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Credit Notes

PAYET credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable or redeemable for cash. You can contact customer care if you need to extend the expiration date. Credit notes are issued via a gift certificate sent directly to your inbox, which contains a unique code to be entered at checkout. Credit is stored on the code so you may use it all at once or across multiple orders.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellations

We do not issue refunds for change of mind or cancellations. You are welcome to cancel your purchase prior to shipment for store credit.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
