Order Processing

Each PAYET garment is handled with care before it leaves our studio. Please allow 4–5 business days for order processing and fulfillment. Once your order has been prepared and packaged, it will be shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Costs

PAYET offers free shipping to the USA on orders $600 & up

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, with the option to choose standard or express shipping.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be provided once your order has been shipped.

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package as it travels to you.

International Shipping

PAYET ships internationally to many destinations. International delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Pre-order Shipping

Pre-order items include an estimated shipping timeframe in the product description. If the estimate changes, the product page will be updated accordingly.

Because each PAYET garment is individually handmade in small batches, orders are fulfilled and shipped on a rolling basis as pieces are completed. As a result, shipping timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to the artisan and fair-trade nature of our production.

International Shipping

By placing an order that requires international shipping, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, all applicable customs taxes and import duties, and if necessary, the return shipping back to PAYET.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. PAYET is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
